Once a long time ago there was a kingdom named Argost. They built a huge castle for the King Dignir and Queen Tiamath but the building process was constantly delayed heavily and even nearly stopped due to the attack of dragons, their motive unknown by the queen and kind.
One day a woman named Ultear Scarlet Straghov raised against the dragons and almost slayed them all with the sword of Argost. The queen's acquaintance, swearing on her life to defend the kingdom, died to the hands of the dragons near the end but still managed to take out the menace. The sword of Argost was said to be destroyed since then.
Many years later, the queen gave birth to a baby and a large family tree has been developed through that decade. The towns advanced and the townsfolk began getting interest in machinery, managing to create powerful machines capable of doing their work for them partially. They were never once used for combat, and by code of moral never will.
But the few dragons that survived managed to advance as well. Gaining new forms and siblings, the dragons are preparing for a counterattack against the humans, the reason still not asked. Several pacifists are making an uprising against this war and are trying to investigate more on the monsters' reason to attack the humans, with no avail. The dragons are a far too powerful race to negotiate with, not to mention their large pride which gives them strength.
With things going in chaos like that, a certain archeologist - Dan "Danstrog" Fiamma discovered in some ancient ruins far from Argost a certain prophecy inscribed to a scroll. The time that took to find out what's written upon the trashed piece of paper was indeed worth it, as the inscribed words said the following prophecy: "A day will come when a hero will rise against the monsters. Fighting the forces of nature, they will have to stand in-front of the hardest battle of all time. That very same individuality will receive all that there is to receive in the world, upon victory on the monsters."
The prophecy released to the public desperately, knights, rouges, marksmen, gladiators, all began training harder than ever to be the one in the prophecy and receive the prize, assuming it to be royalty over the entire world. While this is happened, certain other events that seem to be weird are happening at the same time in different areas around the world.
Will that hero be founded and stand up against the dragons or will he hide and never face his true destiny?
Yours is the choice. After all, we change our own future.
